Urinary Incontinence

Urinary incontinence is linkage of urine that you can’t control. It is a common and often embarrassing problem. The severity ranges from occasionally leaking urine when you cough or sneeze to having an urge to urinate that’s so sudden and strong you don’t get to a toilet in time. A huge issue is that due to the lack of talk about it. Urinary incontinence is commonly seen in older adults and women who have given birth or gone through menopause. Urinary tract infections (UTIs), pelvic floor disorders and an enlarged prostate are other causes. Exercising the pelvic floor muscles strengthens them and improves bladder control as well as increased resting tone of the pelvic floor, which then provides improved support of the pelvic organs higher in the pelvis.
